Age requirements

All aesthetic treatments and procedures are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.

If you appear under 25, you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID to confirm your age. Where age verification is required, a copy of your ID may be retained securely on your client record in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where suitable proof of age cannot be provided. Our usual booking and cancellation terms will still apply.

Children and young people

Children and young people are welcome for consultations relating specifically to their own skin and health, where accompanied and supported by their parent or legal guardian.

For safety reasons, children are not permitted to attend appointments as accompanying guests while a parent or another adult receives treatment.

Appointments

Once an appointment has been booked, the appointment time is reserved specifically for you and is not transferable to another person.

Appointments can be moved in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy. An administration fee may apply when an appointment is moved.

Parking

Free parking is available at the clinic. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

Booking terms

Our full booking terms and conditions are provided through the online booking system at the time of booking. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms.

Data protection

Your personal information and client records are stored and processed securely in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
